Brandthinks provides creative, branding, social media, marketing and related agency services. Specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms and conditions for any project are detailed in the proposal or contract signed between us and the client.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, animations, code and design — is the property of Brandthinks Solutions LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Work delivered to clients (case studies, brand assets, content, websites) is transferred to the client per the terms in the project agreement. Brandthinks retains the right to display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless contractually restricted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce or republish website content without permission
• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage the site or our reputation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or servers
• Submit false or misleading information via the contact form

4. Client Engagements

All client engagements require a signed proposal or contract specifying scope, fees, timelines and revision allowances. Without a signed agreement, no obligation is implied by either party. Discussions, quotes or proposals provided do not constitute a binding offer.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified per project agreement. Standard terms include an upfront deposit and milestone-based billing. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the relevant agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Brandthinks treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required to deliver agreed services or by law. We expect the same discretion from clients regarding our proprietary methods and pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandthinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to external websites (e.g. Calendly, Google Drive, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Termination
